Development & Customization Notes
Product Development
This hoodie is structured as a development base rather than a fixed stock item. The oversized block, dropped shoulder and high-neck drawcord-free hood can be adjusted to a brand's own fit intent, and the polyester knit base can be developed into alternative weights and blends. The tonal chest embroidery is the reference branding direction; size, stitch style and the back hem placement can be adapted to the buyer's artwork at sampling.
Sample Development Notes
At sampling, confirm knit weight and composition, hood height and shape, shoulder drop measurement, pocket size and placement, rib height on cuffs and hem, and the embroidery thread shade, stitch density and placement at the chest and back hem. Embroidery shade matching should be checked per colourway against the approved reference before bulk planning.
OEM / ODM / Private Label
OEM: build from the existing oversized block with the buyer's own measurements, colourways, fabric specification and labels. ODM: adapt the HUCAI development direction, including the training hoodie block, high-neck hood shape and tonal embroidery placement.
