1. Question: When will HUCAI factory be closed for vacation?
Answer: Our factory will be closed on February 4, 2024, and the holiday period will last till February 16, 2024. Our business department is scheduled to officially resume normal work on February 17, 2024, and the production department will officially go to work on February 26, 2024! The HUCAI team will return to their workplaces with full of energy to welcome a brand new year!
2. Question: Is there any customer service during the vacation period?
Answer: Yes, our VIP level customer service will be available 24/7 even during the holiday season!
